Great location,staff always helpful and nice! Restaurant at 12°floor was superb, tasty dishes, great service, and beautiful views from the terrace... The food was great... The only thing that we were concerned about was breakfast - too long waiting, poor choices, long queue as just 7/8 tables All food just comes cold every time as air-conditioning is like Iceland .. unfortunately, as also coffee has a great taste but after the long waiting start to be iced coffee.. This a bit disappointing as if a tourist come for just 3 days.. taking 1h a d half for breakfast is too much ... But staff were really running all mornings to support the busy times...so we saw people finding a table at 10.45 ..anyway appreciate the hard work and the great customer service..maybe need 2 staff more on pick hours. Anyway, great experience and thanks ,we will come back in 2 weeks for sure back from Penang.
Breakfast - poor choices (no sweets, or simple toast and butter jam,or maybe pancakes.. 3 dishes only with egg or truffles is nice.. also presentation.. but on holiday, maybe need more simple.things and short time waiting.. We.took.1h and 20 min to wait, sit, and receive food..that comes cold... and second day eggs was.raw.. Upstairs, you have a beautiful room.woth a lot of tables and amazing views . Use that one... as too many people were complaining about the long waiting... Even.coffe comes cold as too much air-conditioning on 17 degrees 5... Poor staff was running a lot,and they were always nice... but unfortunately you can not manage all ammout of customers in the morning, for that reason we didn't eat all the .2° breakfast in the hotel ,and .we preferred to take it out. Thai is the only thing we didn't like.. but all in general was great,so I will book again

We loved everything! Breakfast was good. Room and toilet were super clean. amenity set was very good quality (best hotel conditioner ever had!!!)
Coffee in the morning.. just not my cup of tea.
